UrbanArts invites Seniors to a FREE 6 Week Wellness Program with Coach Mallie.

In the Yoga and Stretches portion participants will be guided through a series of beginner/ senior friendly yoga and stretching movements that will be completed on a chair. In the Dance portion Malaika will lead the class in a physical warm-up exercise that is beginner/ senior friendly. The session will then proceed with guided workout movement and choreography and end with a cooldown.
