Community Puppet Making

April 24 @ 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Free

Join our FREE workshops with Moonpools Art in April and take part in building 2 large scale, papier mache, giant puppets! These puppets will join the 2nd annual community parade at Party by the Pond this July.  So far we have a giant catfish named Cornelius. Help us create 2 companions for Cornelius to parade with. During these open studio sessions, we will be creating a giant crayfish and a very big crow.  There will be puppeteering roles available for those who are interested in performing in the July parade and many more puppets available for your parading enjoyment.

For assistance with program registration please call 416-241-5124 or email natalie.rare@urbanartstoronto.org
