Public Advisory Notice March 12, 2020
In light of recent updates regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), UrbanArts has opted to take protective measures to aid in controlling and containing the spread of the virus. As such, we will be doing a blanket closure of all programs commencing Monday March 16, 2020 until Sunday April 5, 2020, in alignment with the provincial school board closures to help #FlattenTheCurve.
Our 5 Bartonville Ave. E. and Artscape Weston Common (34 John St.) locations will be closed to the public, however our offices shall remain open, with limited staff. Staff will continue to work on-site at our offices and remotely. We will continue our work on planning, administration and coordination of upcoming programs and activities so we can be prepared to offer you full and engaging arts programs once we are back to normal.
For specific information on affected programs, please contact the appropriate staff member (listed below). UrbanArts will continue to monitor the situation and keep the public updated, and will promptly advise if further actions are required following the three-week break.
